We provide the most recent, evidenced-based nutritional practices in order to enhance overall performance through private consultation, public presentations, and other avenues of education. Meet the Team
Antonio Castillo, MS, RD, LDN
Antonio graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a B.S. in Biology, B.A. in Chemistry, and a M.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. He is credentialed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian. Having both parents from the Dominican Republic, Antonio is fluent in both English and Spanish. His journey began in middle school when he was overweight. This continued throughout high school until he decided to jump on a “diet”, which resulted in unsustained weight loss. Throughout college, his weight fluctuated due to lack of nutrition knowledge. This led him to see that his true passion was to understand how nutrition played a role in the human body. Today, his passion is to teach others how healthy lifestyle modifications optimize performance in ALL areas of life. Antonio has clinical experience working in one of Miami’s top hospitals, as well as sport nutrition experience at The University of Florida working with Olympic athletes.

Nathan Diaz, MS, RD, LDN
Nathan graduated from The University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Biology. Thinking he was destined for the life of a doctor, Nathan became an EMT for the city of Tampa to gain more exposure to medicine. After continued efforts to save those with devastating illnesses and other medical issues, he believed there had to be a “preventative” form of medicine. After deep thought and countless hours of research, lifestyle modifications and encompassing healthy eating habits was, indeed, the preventative medicine he wanted to teach and help others understand. Becoming an expert in the field was the next step, so he attended Florida International University and received an M.S. degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, as well as completed his dietetic internship.He is credentialed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian. Nathan has experience working with acute and long-term care patients in Miami, as well as working with some of the nation's top athletes at the University of Florida.
